Swati Singh

Founder & Director — Awake Within Institute

Swati Singh is the Founder and Director of Awake Within Institute, an initiative devoted to cultivating inner clarity, emotional resilience, and self-authored living in individuals. Her work integrates awareness-based practices, neurodiversity-integration consulting, and reflective growth methodologies, offering a deeply human, compassionate, and transformational approach to development.

At the core of her work is her signature framework, Conscious Exploration — a gentle, insight-oriented process that supports individuals in uncovering emotional patterns, inherited beliefs, and unconscious conditioning. The framework enables a shift from automatic reactions to awareness-led choices, grounded presence, and inner authorship.

As a Neurodiversity Consultant, Swati partners with mainstream educational institutes to build ecosystems that move from label-driven intervention to integration for the whole child. In this approach, every learner—irrespective of diagnosis, pace, or profile—is recognized as capable and whole. Her current consulting partnerships include the Kaveri Group of Schools and Deep Griha Academy, Pune, where she collaborates with leadership teams, educators, and parents to create learning environments rooted in clarity, compassion, no-label practices, multidisciplinary education, and a shared belief in every child’s potential.

Swati is trained in Play Therapy through the Autism Treatment Center of America (Massachusetts) and has advanced training through programs such as Maximum Impact and New Frontiers, supporting deep attitudinal shifts for individuals, parents, and professionals. Her core training also includes Power Dialogues from the Option International Learning and Training Institute, Massachusetts (USA). She has shared her work across platforms including Project Nomad, the All India Homeschoolers Forum, academic psychology programs, and diverse neurodiversity spaces.

Before transitioning into self-clarity, emotional resilience, and self-developmental work, Swati spent over a decade in global organizations including Dell, SAP Labs, Tata Communications, IBM, and Wipro, working in leadership training and organizational design and development. She holds a postgraduate diploma in Leadership Training and Development, bringing organizational fluency, facilitation expertise, and systemic thinking to her practice.

Her lived experience deeply shapes her philosophy. Swati challenges conventional notions of “normal” and advocates for a holistic, relational approach to learning and healing—rooted in attunement, autonomy, and deep respect. She emphasizes that caregiver attitudes and belief systems profoundly influence a child’s sense of safety, learning, and well-being.

After spending close to a decade in the U.S. and Europe with her husband and neurodiverse son, Swati returned to India in 2022 and currently resides in Pune.

At the heart of her work lies a simple yet profound truth:

When human beings are seen, met, and understood as they are, growth becomes natural, belonging becomes effortless, and learning becomes joyful.
